Welcome to French Break
This project was born of a deep-seated desire to create a lively, warm and inspiring place to learn French in a different way.
After several years teaching around the world, both in schools and on her own, Charlène, the founder, wanted to bring together everything she loved about her experiences: the richness of encounters, the strength of cultures, and the freedom to teach in her own way.

From her small office in Hossegor, between two coffees and a thousand ideas, she has imagined a school in her likeness: friendly, open, demanding without pressure, where everyone feels at ease to progress and curious to discover the language, culture… and a certain French “art de vivre”.
French Break is more than a language course:
it’s a human experience, a breath of fresh air, an open door to France.
Our facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and stimulating learning environment. The center will eventually feature four modern, well-equipped classrooms, ideal for engaging lessons.
A resource library will also be available to everyone, allowing our students to immerse themselves further in the language. A lounge area with tea and coffee is available for students to relax between sessions. Finally, our reception area is welcoming, with staff always on hand to answer any questions you may have and ensure you have a pleasant experience from the moment you arrive.

Our location in the Pédebert area of Soorts-Hossegor is a real asset for our language center. This dynamic neighborhood, close to the beach and local attractions, offers students an exceptional natural setting for relaxation and cultural immersion.
Hossegor, known for its perfect waves and relaxed atmosphere, offers an inspiring and pleasant environment, yet is easily accessible. Our students can combine learning French with local discoveries, creating an enriching experience, while enjoying outdoor activities such as surfing, biking, hiking or relaxing by the ocean.
